Understanding Trial Period and Billing for New Subscriptions

When you sign up for Astra's vulnerability scanning service, you'll start with a 7-day trial period for $7. Here's what you need to know about trials and billing:

Trial Period Details

• Your trial period lasts 7 days from signup

• The trial costs $7

• Full subscription charges will not be applied during your trial period

After the Trial

Once your trial period ends, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin and you'll be charged the full subscription amount unless you cancel before the trial ends.

How to Cancel Your Trial

To avoid being charged for the full subscription:

1. Log into your dashboard before your trial period ends

2. Navigate to subscription settings

3. Cancel or pause your subscription

Accidental Charges

If you were accidentally charged for a full subscription during or immediately after your trial period, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the charge. We'll review your case and process a refund if appropriate.
